Cheap assembly, does not hold up.

Not worth the price. The part that the laptop stands on is metal and the legs are cheap plastic. The whole thing is very heavy, especially when a laptop is sitting on it, making it prone to falls and defeating the entire purpose of the stand. I do not recommend.
