Our air conditioner fan will rust after twenty years. It is right in front of the garage door. Since we live on a corner lot, it's starting to look a bit unsightly. This cool box has solved this problem for most of the year. The quality is good and the corner hole is perfect to place our device. We had trouble finding a case as our fan assembly is smaller than average. Traditional air conditioning covers were too big. This one is spot on. It comes with a long ribbon to attach the corner flaps. It can be helpful to have metal grommets at the bottom so the lid can be secured with tent pegs. We had to put some rocks around the bottom edge of the lid to keep it secure. However, it's okay. Still looks better than a rusted device.
