This was the first car mount I tried and loved. I needed more and ended up trying the suction cup and pole versions, as well as the vent clip models which had no contact points under the vent. I finally bought a second one of these and I'm glad I did. I'm assuming this won't work with every vehicle, but it worked great in both my 2008 Ford Fusion and 2018 Ford F-150. It holds the phone where I can see it and is stable thanks to two legs. Inserting and removing the phone is very easy and has worked well so far after a few months of use. I find having the phone in front of the vent an added benefit as it cools the phone when you are using the card and acts as a deflector for the air coming out of the vent.
