I love this microphone. Actually I bought SM58 at the same time to compare. I felt the V7 was a bit clearer with less hum (ripple) at low frequencies compared to the SM58. The V7 just sounds cleaner, clearer and more refined. I've also argued between dynamic and condenser audio for my home video footage. I think this V7 is the perfect choice. As many professional reviews say about the V7, you get condenser cleanliness with speaker silencing, which is great for a raw room. I think the V7 is an amazing mic for the money.
