This one fits my HRR2169VLA perfectly! They no longer make my model so it was difficult to find the part number but this is the correct part number and belt size for them. I bought the exact same part number from another supplier but it was too short for some reason. If you have a lawnmower like mine and your gearbox is in the left hand corner and you seem to be having trouble getting the belt up front, do yourself a favor and disconnect the clutch cable so the gearbox part goes down first. ! I've struggled for hours and days to find out. I recommend watching some YouTube videos as every lawn mower is a little different.
