Review on 🧶 Finger Guides Crochet and Knitting Supplies by Boye, Set of 3 by Amy Mcleod

I was very pleased with these Boye yarn guides, the name alone tells people this is a quality product. Although I was a bit disappointed when I started using it. The guide holds the yarn perfectly in place and fixes it securely on the finger. The only problem I see is that there is a flaw in the design, the holes to hold the yarn are small and only suitable for light yarn that easily pulls through. I started the project with 4 strand "worsted" yarn and the "drag" was terrible, restricting the "feed" of yarn on my needle and forcing me to make tighter stitches because it wasn't flowing freely through the hole. I will continue to use it for light weight yarn projects. So I'm looking for a finger yarn guide that will accommodate larger yarn weights and sizes.
