Review on 🔒 Wright Products V398BL Tie-Down Push Button Handle 1-1/2" - Secure and Stylish Black Door Accessory by Dan Sturm

OK. I rarely write bad reviews, but in this case I felt it necessary. I replaced the original Hampton Products grip with this one. With this product, let me list the problems I have encountered; 1. The screw holes on the inner panel of the handle were slightly different from the original holes on the door. 2. The spring is so weak that the handle knob didn't respond properly when pressed with thumb to open. 3. The latch is silver and doesn't match the black color of the latch If you notice you will notice this difference in the picture, I didn't notice it until I opened the product 4. The metal drive rod that goes through the door, does not have a landing handle (like the one I replaced) and therefore wobbled in the handle hole. Luckily I also ordered the Prime Line K5071 (just in case). Great product to replace the Hampton design. Installed cleanly and with no problems. Tonal black bar. The spring is strong and durable and is made of thicker wire. The continuous rod attaches to the knob of the handle. Light. Well this is my experience and as I make my own hands this is just my opinion. Your experience may be different.
