Luckily I had a previous controller from a previous similar drone that took off and was lost. So this drone without remote control and charger was exactly what I needed. As soon as I connected the drone to the controller, it responded as intended. Many Thanks

Inferior product! Better be somewhat savy and like to work on em more than you'd use it
