Professional Contractor - I ordered this item to replace an older Johnson model that had grown legs. It arrived as described - solid case and all parts included. The initial setup took a long time but once I completed it it was perfect right out of the box - no adjustments needed. With the self-leveling bubble, daily setup takes just a minute or two. Remains accurate during use and is very easy to focus and adjust. I highly recommend this product to other contractors and builders who need an accurate tool for leveling decks, outbuildings and other construction projects.
