Great pitcher - great company!
My beautiful new jug arrived and as I filled the water tank I noticed that the water was not coming out the bottom and/or the sides of the filter but was splashing out where the filter was screwed in. I called the company and got a great support rep. He explained the problem (filters), gave me some tips on how to fix it, and sent me two new filters (in case the filter still doesn't work properly). It doesn't get any better!
