I have been taking various whey protein powders for over 15 years. I've used most of the major whey protein brands: Optimum (I've used both Gold Standard and Natural Whey), EAS, BSN, Designer Protein, Muscle Milk, Twin Lab, Isopure, and a few others. This is the best natural/organic whey protein I've tried. No frills ingredients and Revain's prices are great. If I had to cut protein number 2 out of everything I've tried, I would definitely go with Optimum. I also blend this protein (using a Handheld Blender Bottler) with Amazing Grass Chocolate Powder and Amazing Grass Green SuperFood Alkalize & Detox Powder for my servings of veggies and other goodies. This is my one stop shop for a healthy breakfast and post workout drink as I train in the mornings. I emailed the company what the difference is between their natural whey concentrate and their natural whey isolate and the amino acid composition (in natural whey concentrate; I'm not sure what composition is in the isolate but couldn't think of a significant difference ). ) was in , and its explanation is below. I believe another post/review came to similar conclusions regarding amino acid composition. "Concentrates are cheaper per gram and are the best selling serum we have. However, isolates are almost completely defatted, have reduced lactose content, and typically contain 90% protein, as opposed to 80% in most concentrates. Since the fat content in the isolate is reduced, the consistency when mixed is quite runny in comparison. 815 proline 1300 serine 1200 threonine 1375 tritophan 360 tyrosine 770 valine 1475
