Everything worked right away and was easy to set up. I had it in an old Suzuki Samurai as a stereo - worked as advertised. With no reason or malfunction, Bluetooth failed once (11 months after purchase), a red light flashed but did not appear on any device. I contacted Pyle. since it was within 1 year of warranty. They told me to pay for shipping both ways (they would charge $15 for return shipping and the cost of delivery to them) and to pre-authorize up to $60 for repairs if the fault was not is considered covered by your warranty. and the process takes 4-6 weeks. I bought it new from Revain for $49, so I'm considering I'm about to claim a guarantee for about $30 on a $50 item right now, with a possible $60 fee - 90 total US dollars for a $50 item. it didn't make much sense. Their customer service/warranty support was rude and offered no concessions or confidence in their products. I will not be buying any more Pyle branded devices in the future. I have to give Revain credit for contacting Revain support and they were great - they honored Pyle's warranty and fixed the issue themselves.
