Easy to use and clean. Bought the ground beef (80/20) and ordered that same evening because I couldn't find the wax sheets at my local store. I'm so glad I checked this out, the price was right and the press is strong enough, I'm not worried about it breaking. The bottom of the mold acts like a spring-loaded frying pan, helping to remove the shred without deforming it. I wash by hand so I can't comment on how it performs in the dishwasher. We haven't made stuffed burgers yet, but it seems very easy.
