I am very disappointed with this product as I was so excited as I saw many cute commercials online for this imitation cactus. I was surprised that the bottom where the batteries go is missing a small screw that keeps them closed. So I ended up taping it off with duct tape. Also, there weren't any instructions, so I just played around a bit to see which buttons do what. There are many different songs in different languages but the sound quality is very poor. Most importantly, the simulation aspect works extremely poorly. Either he doesn't understand what you're saying or you have to say it really fast to get caught. It only seems to write down one syllable unless you speak very quickly. And even then, it's 50/50 that it'll actually play.
