After reading that ROYGRA only sells goods that they have personally tested and found to be of the highest quality and reliability, I was eager to give their products a try. But the product I got was of such poor quality that I was devastated. The product I purchased seemed and felt poorly made, and it quickly began to wear out. In spite of ROYGRA's assurances, I found their merchandise to be subpar. In addition, I was provided with subpar service when I attempted to resolve the problem by contacting customer support. They ignored my messages and provided no assistance, so I was stuck with a worthless item and a mounting sense of annoyance. My interactions with ROYGRA's support staff and goods have left me with nothing but negative impressions. The company's stated commitment to quality is not mirrored in the services they provide to their customers.
