I used to carry an Osprey backpack that I liked but it had too many zippered compartments and you had to unzip the zipper all the way to get into the compartment . Turn it into a test. Great bag for hiking but not for EDC. And it looked great, but student. This backpack from Peak Design has a professional look. Everything is thought through, the materials are wonderful, the laptop/tablet access through the top is perfect. the magnetic closure on the top fits me very well (I don't have a Mac M1 yet, so I can't speak of any problems with the magnets). The side pockets are great, the inner compartment is great. So many pockets and straps and uses. Looks phenomenal. I ordered directly through Peak Design (never thought to check here). I have a 20 liter charcoal and have been using it for a while and I love it. It's such a good bag, that's why it's worth the premium price to me.
