It took me hours to install and calculate all the offsets to get the center of the TV right, but I'm special. I had to buy drywall anchors because they only came with masonry or wood stud anchors. The ones I used were very shear resistant and easily support 14 pounds of TV and mounting bracket weight. The kit included a wide range of screws for the back of the TV, washers and more. fasteners. I would like them to provide washers for the M4 mounting screws. I had to use the others in the kit that were the right size for one of the other bolts and the bolt head almost went through the washers because they were too big. The base plate has a variety of mounting configurations to suit most TVs. Cable hangers are a great idea. The arm joints were very tight for shipping, so I had to loosen them all until I had a good balance of tight but flexible to my liking. The built-in mounting level was also a great idea. After installing the mounting bracket, you can easily attach or detach the TV to the mounting bracket. The device is very well designed and very powerful at a great price! If I ever need a small TV again, I'll be happy to buy it again! Good product!
