It was packaged well and looked great straight out of the box. I was impressed with the build quality. I have two other motorcycle jackets that I paid 3-4 times as much for and they aren't much better than this one. I'm a 6'0, 250 lb, broad shouldered guy. I usually wear a size 48 jacket and have a 36-38 inch waist. I ordered 3XL and it fits great. I still have room to hide underneath for cooler mornings. I could probably fit in the 2Xl if I wanted a tighter fit. It has many adjustment options with Velcro straps around the wrist, middle arm and around the waist so you can wear it wherever you want. This jacket ensures good airflow, especially when you are moving or when there is a nice breeze while you are sitting still. I think it's ideal for temps from 60 to 85. As far as "armour" goes, it's really more of a padding put on top of a thin piece of plastic. That being said, it provides enough cushioning if you fall and makes you a lot safer than having nothing at all. I would not wear this jacket in the rain as it is not designed for that. If you're hesitant to buy one, this is a good cash game.
