What did I pay for? This product is a failure.
The chair was assembled according to the instructions. So that there are no questions whether I removed the plastic cover from the gas lift or not. The rocking mechanism works, the chair rotates 360 degrees quietly, but the seat height is not adjustable. Very upset. I don't see the point in giving up the whole seat. It is difficult to drag 19 kg due to a problem with the gas lift, having previously disassembled it. Perhaps the owner has the opportunity to send a replacement gas lift?
- Convenient to assemble. Durable frame.
- Gas lift not working. There is no way to adjust the height of the seat. Flimsy armrests.
