I usually love Contigo, but this product just doesn't get me hot. Lid (as long as it's dishwasher safe), my family doesn't use it. As a result, it's almost impossible (and easy) to scrape the inside of the lid to rid it of mold. Simply filling the top with soapy water will not wash away any mold that has grown and become lodged inside. Also, with plastic inside, it's hard to tell if your lid is clean or dirty in the lid mechanisms and behind all the plastic inside. 3 stars for doing a good job as a sealed water bottle, but 2 because you'll never have a completely clean cap which can make you sick in the future.
