My husband doesn't always want to "break in" a new wallet. I was hoping this one would be thinner than his triple. We are successful. He translated and cleaned up his new wallet. It's amazing how flat it is. Perhaps he removed all unnecessary items. But I think it spreads things, which is why it doesn't have a 1" deck!
