Not bad, definitely a bit small. If you have big hands, don't worry. They stretch a little, but not much. I bought these so I can wear them during the winter while working from home and keep the house on the cooler side while still being able to print. To be honest I'm not sure if they help or hurt. They help a little, but at the same time they're a little restrictive and impede blood flow to the fingertips, which is a big part of the problem in the first place. Really cheap so worth a try but wouldn't buy again for my hand size. If you have small hands (smaller than average sized men) then it might be worth a try. More than that I would say don't worry.
