The clear plastic tube is missing.

You look great. However, next to the loop of each rope is a small piece of clear plastic tubing that can be manipulated to tighten the loop. One of my ropes didn't have one of those pieces, so that loop couldn't be tightened at all. The pain is, but buy a piece of clear tubing. Cut it off etc. Disappointed that they don't check that they are all there before shipping.
