This is a relatively small fan but it's fairly smooth and quiet and moves an amazing amount of air. Everything was easy to put together and for everyone handy Purposes very well balanced without adding weights etc. Fans like this are usually half the price or less and often include a light (the light shown in the photo is another $100) Also consider buying a wall switch or remote control , if a simple switch and manual operation is not preferred. The motor has a lifetime warranty. Please note that there is an error in the Revain listing. Oil rubbed bronze is incorrectly listed as Venetian bronze, but the "ORB" symbols are in The Emerson part number actually indicates oil rubbed bronze.
