The lower quality of these bands compared to Garmin bands is not immediately obvious, but there is a difference. 1. The straps are not that thick. 2: The clasp is painted black, not blackened metal, so when the paint starts to chip it looks a bit dirty. 3: The quick release buckle on the straps is made of thin plastic. So if you get caught on something with the watch, the plastic will break easily, putting you at risk of falling off the watch. 4: Navy and slate are REALLY similar in color and not noticeably different from black, so there aren't many color options in this pack. Again, they're not bad for the price, but just make sure you know what you're getting.
