The notification that the batteries that come with Arlo cannot be charged came too late. The charger was received and I put the batteries that came with the Arlo into the charger. Two batteries exploded, damaging half of the device. I would like to receive an email about the batteries that came with Arlo not being charged at the time of delivery and I don't think I would be able to use them. Now I can only use half of the product. The seller of the Arlo system had no information that these batteries could not be recharged as they were shipped almost on time. I'm not sure why Arlo shipped them with the wrong batteries and DOA other than to save money. Anyway, disappointed with everything. The charger itself, what is left of it now, works perfectly.
