I don't usually write reviews but I want to save someone the headache that comes with this product. The door is great. Easy installation, very good quality. This wall insert sucks. It was about 1/4 inch smaller than the hole so it moved when it was in place. I would normally return an item like this, but I had already drilled a door hole in my house and knew the chances of finding another brand that would fit the hole were slim. I ended up having to separate the pieces and use heavy duty construction glue to hold them in place, with silicone sealant to fill the gaps. I work in construction and if I had to do it all over again I would make my wall insert out of 1x4 lumber and paint it.
