I really like this product, I really like it, even with my iPad Pro, it's still balanced and doesn't sag even if I push it out to get bigger. BUT my problem came with the packaging, when it arrived the box was very ripped and torn where the stand came out of the box and no tools like a nail and an "L" tool were provided to fix it there to turn. Luckily I found an extra nail that could replace it and fit well. But yeah I don't think I bought it used so next time I'll be a little more careful and check if you're buying it new or used just in case. Overall I am satisfied with my product 💛
