I just bought a discount handyman tool trolley from Lowes. Good size, good boxes. But when I put it on the floor in my shop, there was one glaring flaw: the original rolls were sucked. They were cheaply made and not very manoeuvrable. I have to lie down on the floor and open the locks manually. After some searching, I found Weibida Rollerblades at a great price. They had everything the Craftsman skates didn't have: smooth rotation, responsiveness, and toe-actuated locks. My only concern is that unlocking it requires some force, so don't put on your flip flops when trying. The two really big pluses were the mounting hole pattern which matched the wagon exactly and a full set of mounting hardware was supplied (many don't have them). I am very happy with my new wheels!
