Sleep better with weighted duvets

I bought this duvet to relieve my Restless Legs Syndrome. The blanket helps reduce tossing and turning throughout the night and is far more effective than simply stacking lots of regular blankets. It is easy to clean and can be washed like any other duvet. I have a small one for traveling and a large one for bed. If you have trouble sleeping, this might help!
