Review on Black Sandblasted Towel Hooks: Wall Mounted 6-Hook Towel Rack & Organizer for Bathroom, Kitchen, Pool - Rustproof & Waterproof by John Springer

First impression was smaller than I expected. That's fine, because you don't need a lot of space to hang your towel anyway. It appears to be black coated steel. I'm not sure what type of coating it is and how durable it is, but I'll definitely check it out. I bought it to mount on an outside wall next to the pool. If the moisture isn't causing rust, check to see if the chlorine fumes are rusting. I keep my pool clean so we rarely smell chlorine; However, the presence of trace amounts (so low as to be odourless) of chlorine fumes in the area has caused some plastics to degrade, discolor and/or become brittle over time. Most of the metal objects around the pool are aluminum to avoid damage. I'm excited to see how this frame holds up in Texan weather and pool fumes. The place where I'm going to mount it will be in direct sunlight, so we'll see how the coating copes with ultraviolet radiation. Most people will use it in the bathroom where it will not be affected by any elements other than humidity. It looks pretty cool and we're looking forward to a place to store our towels instead of laying them out on dusty surfaces. Probably overpriced for what it is (I paid $17). Made in China.
