Charging complete Phone

Updated information: In fact, communication with the manufacturer was easy. I explained the problem. They sent me a replacement quickly and I returned the defective unit for their pennies. Problem solved and the new one works like a champ. I think my only complaint right now is that I would like the keys to be quieter/softer to press. It makes a strong clicking sound that is too loud. --------------- Original Post -------------- Received this unit just after Christmas. I was happy with the device. Even happier after downloading EQaulizer on my Galaxy S2. Then the sound improved a lot. Great sounding device. After about 45 days, charging my phone became an intermittent issue. The phone indicated it was at 100% when it was on the charger and then fell to nothing when it was picked up. I started taking a closer look and noticed that the phone wasn't charging at all even when it was charged. I tried to make sure I placed it correctly on the device and now it doesn't work at all. The phone has no problem with any other charger (wall charger or car charger). So I locked the phone out and found it was a Philips device. I tried connecting with and without Bluetooth when I installed it on my Philips to see if the Fidelio software is causing the problem. Without change. Very disappointed. I liked the device when it worked. Now I have to deal with the manufacturer to make a decision as I don't have a 30 day return/exchange window with Revain.

Pros
  • There's something in there
Cons
  • Needs an outlet
