Stiffer than traditional fenders at this price point, these fenders offer excellent coverage while still looking good. I mounted them on a 27.5 2.8 tire that is hard to find fenders for. I had to cut off the leading edge of the guard because it flexed in my tire and caused chafing, but it's a minor cut that I don't think would have negatively impacted performance. I was cycling on a very rainy day, even in puddles, and my face didn't get wet, so this solved my problem.
