not very accurate in diagnostic, testing and measuring tools
does not show anything completely when it is first connected, but after a small movement it falls 2 tracks. The application for my controller and voltmeter shows a full charge. You can unplug it and wait 5 minutes and then plug it back in and it will show full again.
