Review on 💆 OptimizePoint STK Handheld Massage Stick by Anton Nosrac

I have purchased at least half a dozen different hand held massage rollers over the years and this is my absolute favorite. "Tiger Tail" and its equivalents have completely smooth sides, so they don't completely destroy myofascial tissue. A few other varieties offer a series of small plastic tubes that slip over the main tube (e.g. http://www.amazon.com/Yes4All-Soreness-Elim-Massage-Stick/dp/B00HGN1N96/) and they are also too smooth and they may pinch! Finally there is the "Rock 'n' Roller" http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00N8EL6GW which looks pretty tough but the rubber section over the tube doesn't roll easily enough so it just gets stuck . This gently rolls down the tube as you stroke it over your muscles. http://www.amazon.com/Gaiam-Pressure-Point-Massager-Colors/dp/B00525X8ZW/ is the best competitor for it, but it only has 3 huge balls that create a different muscle contour. I prefer smaller pieces of it.
