Based on other reviews I had my doubts but some of them were older and I was hoping it would be better. you were There was only one screw, lightly beaten. Everything was clean, well assembled and lightly oiled for shipping. The lettering surfaces were matte, clear, and easy to read. The measuring surfaces were ground and had a typical finish. I compared two different corner blocks I had and as far as I could tell they were all within 15 minutes of the corner. Close enough to what I was working on. They are excellent for use in shops and for machinists. Are they precision in toolmaking? I have no way of knowing. Great value for money for workshop drivers and hobbyists.
