No refunds but we've taken the time to write an honest review. Here are the pros and cons: Pros - The water/steam temperature seems quite hot when you walk slowly - The power cord is longer - Nozzles for different uses - Still the best steam mop if you decide to buy a steam mop Disadvantages - Although longer, the power cord is still disappointingly short. Must reconnect every few meters. The material of the mop looks very small. I wish it was cotton. - The water tank is too small. Requires frequent refills - not enough steam for quick cleaning. You have to go very slowly to see results.
