Satisfied best in seat belts
I love the color. The small was too small and the large too big so I ordered a medium after measuring my Yorkie's neck. I used the dog neck inch size chart as a guide. Velcro fits well, but the second closure (buckle) does not sit properly. You can adjust the straps though, I've adjusted them as much as I can and they still don't fit exactly. I will keep it for the color, velcro security and comfort for my pet.
