I like the great customer support, the dashboard is just perfect. I would like to see more features, like email marketing, etc. It's an excellent product, the best. I would really recommend it. We are connecting our customers with other customers and with our marketing team.Desk-Net helped us to build good customer relationships. We are using Desk-Net to connect our customers with one another. The ability to make changes quickly without having to wait for approval from an administrator. It is easy to use and allows you to create groups within your organization that can be used by other employees. I dislike how it is not compatible with some of our computers. This software should have a way to work with all computer systems. It is a great way to keep track of tasks, projects and deadlines.
