Review on Improved Camco Heavy Duty RV 30 AMP PowerGrip Male Replacement Plug - Enhanced Durability and Safety with Easy Grip (55245) by Kyle Tebow

My pickup truck cable needed repair so I bought it because I've always loved Camco products. The instructions were well laid out BUT make sure part of the picture shows the location if you are looking at the connector from the pin side and not the back where you connect the wires to the terminals. Also, the instructions were precise on where and how long to cut the wires and how to insert them into the connector body. The connector body is plastic and looks cheap, which is annoying (I like things with an industrial-grade rugged feel), but it feels adequate. There is a piece that you can use and flip to fit your wire OD size. This part worked pretty well and was easy to spot. I would like it to be manufactured with some level of waterproofing as the trailer forks can sometimes fall out when twisted or removed from the trailer but that is just my safety concerns so be careful in that regard. As they say, there is always room for improvement.
