Review on 🔥 Enhance Spark Performance with PerTronix 40111 Flame-Thrower 40,000V 1.5 Ohm Coil - Black by Keith Iverson

I bought it for my boat. He has a Ford 302 with a Prestolite distributor fitted with a PerTronix ignition kit. I installed a new coil according to the instructions and everything worked. I've had a good ride on the water for several days, probably spent a total of 3.5 hours on it. Luckily arrived at the port it was a quiet evening, he passed out 100%, dead! Had to be towed to dock. When it worked it was noticeably better than the original coil, much smoother and more powerful. But dead is NOT good. I put the original coil back in and everything is fine, now I'm awaiting a response from PerTronix regarding a refund or coil replacement. The Revain purchase part was smooth, quick and painless. Let's hope the manufacturer is just as good. Update: I just spoke to PerTronix and they will cover the replacement cost. Tech support/customer service was very helpful and totally accommodating, good job PerTronix folks! On top of that, Revain's return process has been very smooth so far!
