Dell desktop. Without the seller's cable, the picture was excellent. When used with a 4 year old USB 2.0 extension cable of the same length as this cable (16ft) the picture was also excellent. So this cable didn't even work as well as a 4 year old USB 2.0 extender bought from another manufacturer. When I contacted this company they said to plug the camera into a power source which was a ridiculous response as there is no power source for this quality Logitech webcam. They also stated that their cable didn't work in this application (which was obvious), but didn't offer to exchange it for a new one or return it. Of course, Revain took it back, but the whole experience wasted about a week of my time. Not a real USB 3.0 extender and apparently not even a real USB 2.0 extender.
