Review on ๐Ÿถ Exceptional Horizon Pet Nutrition Legacy Puppy Grain Free Dry Dog Food: Non GMO, Meat Dense Formula by Christine Anyaakuu

Despite 2 bad reviews from others, great company, great food. For real.

I have a 6 month old Australian Cattle Dog/Siberian Husky mix who is very energetic, eats (and runs) a lot and is my first puppy in about 14 years. I thought dog food had come a long way (and the internet too) since I last hunted, and I've been following and trying down the rabbit hole of dog food research over morning (and sometimes afternoon) coffee for two weeks to find the best possible. That's it. Medium sized dogs of the ACD breed should have at least 30% protein in their diet, 15% fat is a bit more but not too much because he will not be a large dog, he will likely weigh a maximum of 50lbs and large dogs should weigh over 60lbs not having too much protein in puppies' diets. I don't want to distract, but this is important information. This food has the best composition and combination of nutrients I have ever seen - bok choy, berries, alfalfa, human quality meat - chicken, turkey, etc. - and I would eat it myself if I was in a bind! Even high-quality dog food often lacks variety, and we know from the human diet that nutrients must come from a wide variety of foods, even if your dog food is organic and delicious with chicken, broccoli, rice and co. - I'd rather my puppy Berries, veggies, vitamins, and various high-quality proteins are considered good enough but don't get fantastic foods. This company, Horizon, is based in Canada but is a family business. in a house of the highest quality standards. And you'll never hear of a recall from a company like this - well, nobody's ever heard of a recall from this company. It is also available. If for some reason you don't need to compromise your dog's health or happiness, don't do it. Buy this food. They will thank you and you can pat each other on the back.
