The headphones have been used for a month, and from what I can tell, they should only be purchased at a discount because they do not justify their full price. They do have a wonderful sound and fit securely in the ear, but as soon as a glitch appears, they become too erratic. A "funny" story accompanied them: In the evening, I activated the headphones' software, watched some videos, and then went to bed. Everything was successful. In the morning, as I got ready for work, I inserted the headphones, turned on the music, and left. The right ear is inoperative. I'll probably try to get in touch. I did everything in my power to try and get the right ear to stop being silent, including messing with the phone's settings and the ears' settings. and by zero still. I gave up, wrote to ask for help, and was advised to visit the technical center. I was furious since the new headphones were still in the works. It's unfortunate and bothersome, but it's ok. I'll hike the trail, I believe. After I flung them on the sofa in rage after a day at the technical center where nothing could be done, this beast began to work in the evening. Moral of the story: Whether you require headphones that can be fixed and broken by shaking or not can be determined for yourself.
