I love this product in Louisiana summer! I wore it while running/training at the stadium. Not ideal for running use, but good for brisk walking/power walking. Obviously it will bounce or slide sideways if it moves too much, like jogging or running in the stadium (I didn't think of that at first). The neck bends to the desired position. It's definitely easy. Comes with a micro USB charger for easy charging in the car if you're like me and forgetting it at home when you take it with you. I used it many times in the summer of 2020. So far no problems! Hope it lasts another summer! My only advice: be careful with long hair! My flights came across first before my hair got a bit sweaty during exercise. I will never let my daughter wear this with all her long thick hair. I haven't tried it with my hair down, but I doubt I'll risk it.
