I like that you can choose between monthly or yearly plans, so it's easy to know what your budget will be upfront. There are some minor features that could use work (e.g., the interface isn't as intuitive as we'd hope). But for most things they do pretty well. They're good at finding keywords with low competition which gives us better search rankings than competitors without paying more money.
