As mentioned by someone else the strap is shipped from Hong Kong so it takes some time to deliver. Also, no tracking information will be provided until the package arrives. I immediately started using the bracelet with no problems even though it was tight. The original large FlexFit strap was longer, so I was surprised to use the holes at the end of the strap. After charging the Fitbit Flex for the first time, I put the Fitbit device back into the strap and the strap broke. The original FitBit Flex lasted over a year, and in those many months I've changed three cheap replacement bands. The quality and length of this strap is not very good. I highly recommend this bracelet.
