I was skeptical that balls of wool would make my new sheets soft, but the manufacturer of my new high quality sheets said to NEVER use fabric softener on the sheets. So I bought these and used them when I washed my new sheets. I was completely blown away by how soft and fresh my sheets were. I figured it was just supposed to be new sheets, so I took my old sheets, washed them and dried them with these balls. They were also AMAZINGly soft - MUCH softer than fabric softeners ever dreamed of. I was so impressed I sent the set to my sister for her to try.
