No problem with the product. It's just a password-protected USB stick. The instructions are very poor: 1. Good photo but important clues not identified2. Set/change password/add another user/upper and lower case are not taken into account3. Lock/Unlock/Use/Dismantle are not addressed in the correct order4. Poor English, like steady green/steady blinking etc. very confusing5. I bought two and plan to keep them for myself. The instruction does not correspond to the quality of iron6. The use of tiny fonts is a clear disrespect to the upper class at large. Note: I am happy to discuss with an open-minded representative
