Like most Adidas shoes, they were comfortable out of the box. Without the spikes, you could wear them like athletic shoes. That alone makes them a must on golf courses where there are many areas to drive. Having bought a pair about 18 months ago my biggest concern was that they would disappear and something would replace them. They did bingo, and the new replacement wasn't so convenient. Buy them, you won't regret it.
